Connecting Employees with Purpose

RestCent is an initiative by SAP Germany, Austria and Switzerland (where it is called “RestRappen”), in which employees regularly donate the amount after the decimal point on their monthly salary statement to disadvantaged people worldwide.

Since 2009, SAP supported more than 50 projects with a total funding of 450k+ Euros. Over a third of the SAP colleagues in Germany participate in the RestCent initiative and donate the loose change from their monthly pay slips. SAP Corporate Social Responsibility doubles the amount collected.

RestCent clearly shows how a very small good deed can have a big impact.
